Dansk:

Retræter: Bliver du forhindret i at deltage i retrætet, er det muligt at få refunderet kursusudgiften, hvis du aflyser mere end en måned før arrangementet. Herefter er der ingen refusion i tilfælde af aflysning. Gebyret for mad og ophold refunderes ikke. Du er dog velkommen til at sælge/give din plads til en anden, så længe vi får besked på forhånd. Endelig accept af denne overdragelse vil ske efter, at vi har modtaget en skriftlig motivering for deltagelse fra den pågældende.

Meditationer: Når du køber meditationer, modtager du et link, hvor du kan downloade lydfilen. Skulle der være tekniske udfordringer, så kontakt mig venligst på mail@anjasteensig.dk, så jeg kan hjælpe dig med at få den adgang, du har brug for. Meditationer kan ikke refunderes, da de ikke kan returneres.

Onlinekurser: Ved køb af onlineforløb modtager du et link til kursussiden, hvor du får adgang til alt materialet. Det vil desuden være muligt at downloade lydfiler med meditationerne. Skulle du fortryde dit køb, har du fuld returret inden for den første måned.

Retreats: If you are prevented from attending the retreat, it is possible to get a refund of the course fee if you cancel more than one month before the event. After this, there is no refund in case of cancellation. The fee for food and accommodation is not refunded. However, you are welcome to sell/give your place to someone else, as long as we are notified in advance. Final acceptance of this transfer will take place after we have received a written motivation for participation from the person concerned.

Meditations: When you purchase meditations, you will receive a link to download the audio file. Should there be technical challenges, please contact me at mail@anjasteensig.dk so that I can help you get the access you need. Meditations are non-refundable as they cannot be returned.

Online courses: When purchasing an online course, you receive a link to the course page, where you get access to all the material. It will also be possible to download audio files with the meditations. Should you regret your purchase, you have a full right of return within the first month.

Other: Purchase of acces to online forums like Solace are non-refundable as they cannot be returned. Should there be technical challenges, please contact me at mail@anjasteensig.dk so that I can help you get the access you need.
